To improve the quality of online service assistance, the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Brawijaya launched “HaloFilkom.”
HaloFilkom is an online assistance service to facilitate the academic community with academic and non-academic services in the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Brawijaya. Halofilkom presents to help address customer/user needs related to the inquiry of services, technical supports, or complaints on certain products & services by utilizing a ticker numbering system to facilitate tracking settlement actions coordinated by a team. What is meant by users are students and parents/guardians of students.
